130 Years Ago…part 1

On April 13, 1892, a fire of undetermined origin, destroyed the First Methodist Episcopal Church of Massillon. The church building, which had been built and dedicated just 4 years before, was completely destroyed. The minister and several members of the congregation, standing on the corner across the street, vowed to rebuild immediately.
