Operation Christmas Child

Over the years, First United Methodist Church has been involved with Operation Christmas Child by collecting shoebox gifts within the church congregation during National Collection Week, the 3rd week each November.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse that delivers shoeboxes filled with toys, hygiene items and school supplies to children around the world as a tangible expression of God’s love through the hands of local partners to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
